the sweetest – personal

During the busy season I never got a chance to do a Christmas card session with my own kids, so I did a New Year one instead!  My daughter is finally getting to the age where she enjoys photo shoots and is fairly cooperative, but it’s always a challenge photographing my little guy since he has Autism and is prone to running off.  But with the help of my husband (AKA child wrangler), we got some great shots for our New Year card.  I have to say that it is extremely fulfilling to be able to use my abilities to capture beautiful moments with my own sweet kids!  And if you want to see the finished card, you can find it my Facebook page…

Most of these images were taken with the Canon L-series 85mm, my favorite lens!

Love these! They are both adorable!! Thanks for sharing! Enjoy them while they are little …. Everyone told me that – and now mine are 14 & 12 (still great) but you cant keep them in your bubble so much! LOL.

On Holiday – Family Session

This is my cyber friend, Megan’s family.  She is awesome!  She lives in Michigan and comes to Arizona for the holidays, and it’s been my absolute pleasure to photograph her family for the past couple of years.  They are the cutest!  If you love blogging, you need to check out her site Shabby Blogs.  I’m sure most of you are already familiar with it because she has the most beautiful, free blog backgrounds and other goodies!

Hi Lexie! I edit all my images in Adobe Camera Raw and Photoshop CS5.

Just Peachy – Family Session

This fall season has certainly been a crazy busy one for me!  Since October I’ve had 2 weddings, 5 commercial shoots, 38 sessions, and 1215 images delivered!!!  And I’m so thankful for my wonderful husband who has cooked and cleaned every night so I could spend countless hours sitting at the computer editing photos.  There is no way I could run this business without his unending support!  I’ve really enjoyed all of it,  I love my job so much… but now I’m ready for a little rest!  Hopefully I’ll get the chance to blog many of these great shoots, like this adorable peachy family session.

They are beautiful! Only you can capture amazing photos when our little girl has a temp. of 103!! You can’t even tell, LOVE them all!!

autumn – family session

Oh, Autumn is such a beautiful time here in Arizona!  Some parts of the country are already receiving snow, but here it’s sunny, mild and gorgeous.  This little family is one of my favorite subjects to photograph and I absolutely love these sweet family images.
